BOBBEE BEE: THE TERRIBLE TOWELS TURN TO CONSPIRACY THEORIES

THE TERRIBLE TOWELS TURN TO CONSPIRACY THEORIES
by Eric D.Graham
Everybody loves a good conspiracy theory. Especially, when your favorite football team loses to the Jacksonville Jaguars (45-42) in the AFC Championship Game.
Seriously, all of you loyal, black & gold ,Terrible Towel waving Pittsburgh Steeler fans, should have known that the National Football League and Commissioner Roger Goodell didn't want Ben Roethlisberger to end up in the Super Bowl this year. Especially, after the Queen of Talk, Oprah Winfrey's inspirational speech at the Golden Globe, which has the whole country talking about her possible 2020 presidential campaign and the #MeTooMovement, a movement designed to aid sexual assault survivors in underprivileged communities where rape crisis centers and sexual assault workers weren’t going.
Even though, BigBen has won two Super Bowls in the past, according to Sports Illustrated, he also has two rape accusations as well—one levied in civil court after an alleged attack at a Lake Tahoe hotel in 2008 and settled in 2012, the other allegedly committed in 2010 and dropped a month later after Georgia prosecutors declined to press charges, which many people barely mention any more.
With these accusation still blowing in the wind, it would have been a PR nightmare for the NFL as well as the Steelers. Especially, in this political climate surrounding Harvey Weinstein, Hollywood and sexual assault.
This, however, is simply Barber Shop Talk, which is open for debate after the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday
But, isn't it odd, that Justin Timberlake, who "raped" off Janet Jackson's bodice, which revealed her right breast while the two were performing his hit "Rock Your Body" during the 2004 halftime show that occurred just as he sang the last line," I'm gonna have you naked by the end of this song." is this years SuperBowl entertainment attraction.
While Timberlake, who has been accused of musically "raping" Black culture for years with his song and dance act, avoided criticism from the alleged "wardrobe malfunction," which is now known as Nipplegate, Jackson, however" bore the brunt of the backlash and fallout, which included a staggering $550,000 fine levied against CBS by the Federal Communication Commission that was later dropped by the Supreme Court in 2012, according to CNN.
Boy, what a difference a few years can make. Because, if this incident had occurred this year, Janet, (Miss Jackson, if you are nasty) might be the face of the #MeTooMovement as well.
With that said, I guess all the Conspiracy Theorist have to prepare for another patriotic SuperBowl win from the New England Patriots.

Especially, after a season, which Colin Kaepernick allegedly "disrespected" the American flag and had "all" the NFL players taking a knee and throwing up Black Power fists.
Yeah, Donald Trump is STILL trying to make America Great Again.

Even, if, he doesn't know the words to the Star Spangled Banner, his damn self.
