On July 17, Michael Avenatti, the attorney for porn star Stormy Daniels, accused President Trump on of being a Russian agent planted in the White House — a “Manchurian candidate.”

By definition a Manchurian candidate is a person, especially a politician, being used as a puppet by an enemy power. The term is commonly used to indicate disloyalty or corruption, whether intentional or unintentional.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation investigation of Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign’s ties to Russia was called “Crossfire Hurricane.” The name refers to the Rolling Stones lyric “I was born in a crossfire hurricane,” from the 1968 hit “Jumpin’ Jack Flash.”

Former U.S. Director of National Intelligence James Clapper suggested 19 July 2018 that Russian efforts may have reached into the White House.

“I’ve been trying my best to give the president the benefit of the doubt and always expressed potential other theories as to why he behaves as he does with respect to Russia generally and Putin specifically,” Clapper told CNN when asked about Trump’s refusal to back the findings of the U.S. intelligence community during his joint news conference with Putin in Helsinki.

“But more and more I come to a conclusion after the Helsinki performance and since, that I really do wonder if the Russians have something on him,” Clapper said.

There have also been persistent rumors that some members of Congress could also be doing Russia’s bidding a notion reinforced by Bill Browder, the chief executive officer of Hermitage Capital and a driving force behind the Magnitsky Act, which allows Washington to withhold visas and freeze financial assets of Russian officials thought to be corrupt or human rights abusers. In a 19 minute song entitled (I Admit I Did It) Chi-Town (R & B) singer R.Kelly sings about his battles and troubles in the music business. He, in fact, moans and groans his way through a simple melody about being broke, being accused of sexually abusing women, to being illiterate, and being sexually molested at the age of 14, while addressing the disturbing rumors of him operating a sex cult.

On May 25, nearly eight months after more than 70 women accused him of sexual harassment and assault, Harvey Weinstein entered New York’s First Precinct — just a few blocks from his old Tribeca office — and turned himself in.

The scene was carefully curated, like something out of one of the former producer’s Oscar-winning films. Weinstein wore a baby blue sweater, a soothing color that evokes the innocence of childhood. He carried books about art and filmmaking to remind viewers he’s an artist first. Later, in court, he pleaded not guilty to raping one woman and forcing another to perform oral sex, and on Thursday he was indicted by a Grand Jury.
The police, too, set up an important shot of their own: the perp walk. Pointedly, a female detective led a cuffed Weinstein out of the precinct. The day offered just a preview of the spectacle that will play out on a national stage over the next several months. Both sides know that the Weinstein trial is the first installment of a series of dramas that will feature other accused men.

What we’ve watched up until this point has been its own genre: the revenge fantasy. The people who came forward in October with allegations against Weinstein — including actors Ashley Judd, Gwyneth Paltrow and Lupita Nyong’o — kick-started the #MeToo movement. Women from all walks of life took to social media to expose the men they said had abused them. The movement had, and continues to have, real potency. In May, Visa suspended an ad campaign with Morgan Freeman and Missouri Governor Eric Greitens was pressured to resign after each of them faced allegations of sexual misconduct. Whether their disgrace will be permanent is unclear. Men such as Kevin Spacey and Bill O’Reilly are still banished from film and media, and have decamped to their mansions. (In Weinstein’s case it was an Arizona rehabilitation center that offers meditation and equine therapy.)

 

Now Weinstein’s story could end in prison, rather than at a retreat, and the rest of us will get to witness something often frustrating, but perhaps more satisfying: a courtroom drama. The justice system has been slow to act on #MeToo claims, and Weinstein is the first major celebrity arrested since the wave began. (He’s also still under investigation in London and Los Angeles.) This is where the strength of the social-media movement will be put to the test.

Justice is swift on Twitter. But the American legal system is notoriously slow. In April, three years and two jury trials after New York magazine featured Bill Cosby’s many accusers on their cover, the actor was convicted of sexual assault. His appeal could take years. There are those who would have you believe that President Trump is an unwitting victim of the Deep State. And then there are those who insist that the Deep State is a figment of a conspiratorial mind.

Don’t believe it.

The Deep State—a.k.a. the police state, a.k.a. the military industrial complex, a.k.a. the surveillance state complex—does indeed exist and Trump, far from being its sworn enemy, is its latest tool.

When in doubt, follow the money trail.It always points the way.

Every successive president starting with Franklin D. Roosevelt has been bought—lock, stock and barrel—and made to dance to the tune of the Deep State. Even Dwight D. Eisenhower, the retired five-star Army general-turned-president who warned against the disastrous rise of misplaced power by the military industrial complex was complicit in contributing to the build-up of the military’s role in dictating national and international policy.

Enter Donald Trump, the candidate who swore to drain the swamp in Washington DC.

Instead of putting an end to the corruption, however, Trump has paved the way for lobbyists, corporations, the military industrial complex, and the rest of the Deep State (also referred to as “The 7th Floor Group”) to feast on the carcass of the dying American republic.

Apart from tweets that are little more than sound and fury, Trump is not a man who is raging against the machine. He is too much a part of the machine. Indeed, as Reuters reports, “[President] Trump has gone further than any of his predecessors to act as a salesman for the U.S. defense industry.” Despite claims to the contrary, Trump is not advocating for peace with Russia, or North Korea or any other nation.

He is selling us out to the war hawks. The latest squawk over Iran is just more of the same chest-thumping, sleight-of-hand intended to play into the hands of a salivating military industrial complex for whom war is merely a means to a larger profit margin.

The war hawks have no beef with Trump.

Why should they? He’s giving them exactly what they want.
With Trump’s blessing, the military’s budget—with its trillion dollar wars, its $125 billion in administrative waste, and its contractor-driven price gouging that hits the American taxpayer where it hurts the most—will continue to grow.

Borrowing a leaf from his buddies in China, Russia and North Korea, Trump is even planning a $12 million military parade on November 10 to showcase the nation’s military might.

Follow the money. It always points the way.

The corporations are getting richer, average Americans are getting poorer, the military is getting more militaristic, America’s endless wars are getting more endless, and the prospect of peace grows ever dimmer. This is exactly how you keep the Deep State in power.

We’ve been losing our freedoms so incrementally for so long—sold to us in the name of national security and global peace, maintained by way of martial law disguised as law and order, and enforced by a standing army of militarized police and a political elite determined to maintain their powers at all costs—that it’s hard to pinpoint exactly when it all started going downhill, but we’re certainly on that downward trajectory now, and things are moving fast.(Source: John W. Caesar reportedly borrowed so heavily for one political campaign, he feared he would be ruined, if not elected.

Recent online videos haveshown African Americans being arrested, sometimes violently, in places like Starbucks and Waffle House, but also while barbecuing in a gated community or sleeping in the common area of an Ivy League university dorm, after having had the police called on them by a white people. These aggressively racist incidents made the headlines briefly and but have all but dissipated from public discussion.

The Starbucks incident only lingered, arguably, because the Black men arrested were not brutalized, but perhaps more importantly, because the Black men at the center of the incidents didn’t portray anger toward the police, the company or the system that allowed the police to arrest them for sitting in a restaurant. In fact, their statement that it wasn’t just a black thing, turned a clear incident of racial hostility on the part of the Starbucks employee and on the police into a feel good story for Starbucks, the city and America. It became part of the lame, useless “conversation on race” Americans like to exhalt, none of which leads to anything concrete from the masses of Black people.

In each of the incidents, none of the police personnel were fired or disciplined and in fact, at least initially in the Starbucks case, the cops were supported by their Black supervisors. What these incidents show is that Black people are never free from white hostility or police violence and it also shows that, despite the enactment of Title II, the public accommodations section of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Black people still occupy a separate and unequal status in public places, …...which (the police still are a necessary instrument in the maintenance of (this) unjust system... to continue this informal version of Black Codes, which were laws enacted after the Civil War that regulated Black life in ways such as preventing African Americans from testifying against whites in court, denying the right to own and bear arms, and mandating employment contracts with the former enslavers. The beating of the young sister at Waffle House reminds one of Jim Crow lynch laws, where Blacks could be killed based on nothing more than the accusation of a white person, typically a white woman.

We must remember that John Crawford was shot dead by the police in the public space of a Wal-Mart. Tamir Rice, a child, was murdered by the police in a public park, paid for by the citizens which included his mother. Trayvon Martin was killed in a gated community that his parents paid to live in. And, all across America, black people are killed by law enforcement whose salaries they pay, with bullets they paid for. The reality is that African Americans continue to occupy this space of contingent citizenship where our ability to exercise our supposed rights on the same level as whites is conditioned upon our willingness to act a certain way, our income, or whether white people call the authorities on us, which frequently leads to the police exacting the price of our life, liberty and/or health or dignity, from us based solely on the word of someone white.

This is a modern day version of a white woman claiming rape against a black man in the south with no evidence. These incidents often resulted in death (Emmit Till, a child accused of simply whistling at a white woman) or even in the destruction of whole Black communities, as in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Instead of being told to get off the sidewalk when a white person approaches, with the penalty being vigilante justice, now the domestic militia (which is what the police look and act like) is called on us if we, while in public spaces, dare to refuse to order coffee, have the temerity to ask for proper utensils, or to be tired enough to sleep in the common areas of universities we pay to attend. CONGRATULATIONS!!! to former James Kenan quarterback Cedric Townsend for being selected to the NC Wesleyan Hall of Fame and being selected to the James Kenan High School Athletic Hall of Fame in September.

Townsend, who is a native of Kenansville, NC, was an All-Conference player in Football and Basketball at JK, before enjoying a stellar collegiate career for the Bishops of NC Wesleyan in Rocky Mount, North Carolina from 20...04 to 2007, where he still holds the school's record for career passing attempts (720) and passing yards (5,653), while ranking second in career completions (399) and touchdowns (44).

The former Tiger made his mark as the USA South's first back-to-back Offensive Player of the Year honoree by combining for over 4,400 passing yards, 1,500 rushing yards, 38 passing touchdowns, and 23 rushing during his junior and senior year under center.

After four years of football and one season of basketball, Cedric graduated and headed overseas to play football in Sweden for the Carlstad Crusaders for the '08 season. Returned for a second season in 2009 and helped them to an undefeated regular season. However, in 2010 through 2013 he played with the Franken Knights in the GFL.

Dr. Mawiyah N. Kimbrough-Allah, ’00, an alumna of Winston-Salem State University, who recently graduated with her Ph.D. in Biology on May 21, 2018, from Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, GA.

Kimbrough-Allah, who is a native of Winston-Salem, NC, attended WSSU where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology followed by a Master’s degree in Food Science and Nutrition from N.C. A&T State University. After graduating, Mawiyah’s goal was to continue pursuing scientific research opportunities in academia. She joined the Staff at WBA Life Science Center as a Research Technician II at WSSU from 2005-2008, and later served as an Adjunct Science Instructor at other colleges and universities where her experience led her to pursue her goals further.

During her doctoral studies at Clark Atlanta University, she became a student research associate at the Center for Cancer Research and Therapeutic Development (CCRTD), which is the largest center focused on Prostate Cancer Research within an HBCU dedicated to basic research, prevention and treatment of Prostate Cancer in African-American men. Her research focused on investigating possible roles of PTEN (a tumor suppressor gene) in TGF-β- pro-oncogenic effects in Prostate Cancer Cells.

Mawiyah has presented her work at scientific conferences and has obtained authorship in a peer-reviewed publication. While she enjoys research, her passion lies in teaching and training future scientists. He was blessed with an old man soul. So, I referred to him as my Uncle Ray.

Because, he was always giving me advice even when I didn't want to hear it. I remember, first meeting him at Greg Washington's house, playing basketball, (shaking & baking) while telling me that I couldn't guard him.

His personality was confrontational. But, his spirit was full of laughter. Plus, the way he talked and walked he demanded your respect. He, like myself, had... a Napoleon complex.

So, we ended up becoming friends. Before, we found out we were cousins.

Plus, on the football field, I always admired his toughness. Because, he always provided the necessary block for me to score all of those touchdowns during my sophomore season at James Kenan HS, while never showing any sign of jealousy during my so-called rise to stardom, as our teammates formed that "unbreakable" Billy Byrd designed Wall on punt returns.
 
Plus, off the field, he always offered me words of encouragement and a big hug, every time he saw me, while showing off his "Million-Dollar Gold Tooth Smile."

He, like all of us, was flawed, But, he tried to correct his past wrongs.

The Law of Vital Adjustment makes it possible for the body to tolerate man’s evil habits. That makes it possible for the smoker to endure and even enjoy his poisonous pipe. The same pipe would make a vigorous non-smoker ill or might even cause death, as death in such cases has been reported.

The vital youth in his ignorance takes his first smoke. His vital body reacts with such vigor against the dangerous poison that sickness results. The degree of his sickness is ...the measure of his vitality. The more vital his body, the sicker he is.

Here are the poisons found in a chemical analysis of tobacco, Nicotine, nicotinuine, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, ammonia, methane, methylamine, hydrogren-sulphide, furfural, nicotelline, pyrrole, pyridine, picoline, lutidine, collidine, formaldehyde, carbolic acid, prusic acid, arsenic.

Chemical analysis shows that cigarettes contain the following active poisons: Furfurral, acrolein, diethulene, glycol, carbon monoxide, nicotine, carbolic acid, ammonia, and a host of tarry substance.

The tarry substances in tobacco smoke are approximately 2.25 percent. They stick to the walls of the lungs, forming a costing that obstructs the free passage of oxygen in the blood. Those who must breathe air laden with tobacco smoke are injured almost as much by it as are the smokers.

These are poisons to with the body of the smoker adapts itself in order to survive. It is either endurance or death. The youthful smoker disregards the warning reaction of his body. He continues the harmful habit, and gradually the poisons of the tobacco weaken the nerves and reduce the vitality to where it cannot fight back. Now he can smoke in comfort and experience immediately no ill effects. He has established “immunity” say some people. But in so doing he is taking the short-cut to grave. BOBBEE BEE: SKIN BLEACHING IN JAMACIA

LATE AFTERNOON SUNDAY SCHOOL LESSON

According to the Bible (Hosea 4:6)…My people are destroyed for the lack of knowledge…With that said, currently, in Jamaica, there is a disturbing and disgusting trend, glamorized by the late great pop star Michael Jackson and popularized by DanceHall artist Vybz Kartel, who is oddly idolized and worshiped as a God by several naive fans suffering from the sin and sickness of slavery by bleaching their skin in order to look or become white.

Despite this wicked practice of skin bleaching, the scripture forewarned us in Exodus 20:5 “Don’t bow down and worship idols. I am the Lord your God, and I demand all your love. If you reject me, I will punish your families for three or four generations.” The Book of Deuteronomy Chapter 28 verse 28 goes even further by saying “The Lord will afflict you with the boils of Egypt (America,) with tumors and scabs and itch, …I will afflict you with madness, blindness, and confusion of the mind…
 
The deadly sin of skin bleaching is definitely a form of insanity. Because, biblically speaking, we must all remember the story of the biblical character of Moses, who in Exodus (4:6-7) was told: Put your hand inside your cloak. So he put his hand inside his cloak, and when he took it out, his hand was leprous, white as snow.

Along with this passage, we must also recall the scripture from Proverb 3:31, which say “Envy thou not the oppressor, and choose none of his ways.” Why? Because, some of the citizens of Jamaica are suffering from a form of Stockholm syndrome, which is a feeling of trust or affection felt in certain cases of kidnapping or hostage-taking by a victim toward his captor.

Because, Jamaica, if you recall, was once claimed by Spain and “illegalized” by Papal Bull, the Treaty of Tordesillas, which Pope Alexander VI constructed a decree that divided the so-called “new world” in half between Portugal and Spain. But, in 1655, the British snatched the island from the Spanish, and began their evil process of enslaving “Africans” to work on their sugar plantations, where they beat them, branded them, raped them, and dehumanized them.

And, despite several revolts, the people on this small Caribbean island, which the British oppressed through slavery, white supremacy, and colonialism by implementing and enforcing an evil caste system, which discriminated against dark skin people, who ended up suffering a form of “Black inferiority complex” due to the plantation politics of “divide and conquer” that was practiced by the evil slave masters.

This system, which according to the Willie Lynch papers, had the “house slave” and the “field slave” or the “light-skinned slave through rape” and “the dark-skinned slave,” fighting amongst each other, which, oddly, we still see today.

This internal fighting was highlighted in Spike Lee’s groundbreaking film School Daze in 1988.

Psychologically, however, many of these so-called skin bleachers in Jamaica are suffering from a mental health issue known as Body Dysmorphic Disorder, which is a body-image disorder characterized by persistent and intrusive preoccupations with an imagined or slight defect in one’s appearance-in the system of “white supremacy" as well as Post-Traumatic Slave Disorder, a diagnosis coined by Dr. Joy DeGury, which tries to help explain the consequences of multi-generational oppression from a centuries of chattel slavery and institutionalized racism and to identify the resulting adaptive survival behaviors.

In a landmark decision, the jury ruling on the first of twenty-six nuisance cases against pork-producer Murphy-Brown LLC awarded the plaintiffs damages of more than $50 million, however, U.S. District Court Judge Earl Britt reduced the punitive damages for the ten plaintiffs to $3.25 million on May 7 .

The decision means that each plaintiff involved in the litigation will now receive $325,0000, a small fraction of the original $5.075 million judgment handed down to each plaintiff by the jury several weeks ago.

The case, involving, the first in a series of federal lawsuits filed by ten plaintiffs, living near Kinlaw Farm, a large-scale 15,000 hog operation in Bladen County that contracts with Murphy-Brown LLC, a subsidiary of the Chinese-owned global food giant Smithfield Foods, argued that the company's waste-management practices, which consist of storing excess hog waste in open-air cesspools behind hog pens and then liquefying and spraying the remains onto nearby fields, has made their lives miserable.

Among other things, they say that the odors and mist from the spray drift onto their property; that the hogs attract swarms of flies, buzzards, and gnats; that boxes filled with rotting dead hogs produce an especially pungent stink; and that the stench has limited their ability to go outside.

In an email, Michelle Nowlin, the supervising attorney for the Environmental Law and Policy Clinic at Duke Law and the Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke University, called the verdict “a significant victory for the community members who live next to these factory feedlots. They have suffered indescribable insults, not just from the immediate impacts of the feedlots themselves, but also from decades of government failure to come to their aid. Litigation was their last chance for justice, and this verdict and award will help them move forward." (Source:INDY)

Eric D. Graham, who is a graduate of Winston-Salem State University, several months ago, participated in Auburn University's Agriculture Department of Agricultural Economics & Rural Sociology Research Study entitled "Right-to-Farm Laws and Rural Sovereignty", which is conducted by Loka Ashwood, the Assistant Professor of Rural Sociology, who is attempting to understand how right-to-farm laws function in the state of North Carolina.

The data collected from this ...research will be published in a professional journal and/or book and/ or presented at a professional meeting. Right to farm laws in the United States deny nuisance lawsuits against farmers who use accepted and standard farming practices and have been in prior operation even if these practices harm or bother adjacent property owners or the general public.

Agricultural nuisances may include noise, odors, visual clutter and dangerous structures.

All 50 states have some form of Right to Farm law.

Many of these laws were passed after 1980 because of the reduction of available farmland, adversity from private and public nuisance actions, which hinder the prospect of farming.

The laws are aimed to minimize the threat to normal farming practices from nuisance litigation and prohibitive state and local government regulation. The scripture says, My people perish for a lack of knowledge….

Why? Because, within one month, I have seen Black people with their arms crossed, cheering Wakanda, while wear “African” dashikis for a CIA-copted Black SuperHero named the Black Panther to showing love for Meghan Markle and “Prince” Harry the next.

Say what? This can’t be real. I know my people didn’t fall for the okey-doke. Because, they went from fairy tale to Tales of the Crypt within a blink of an eye. They went From Wakanda to Zamunda-Eddie Murphy style. But, it all looked fake to me. Like, McDowell’s famous family restaurant in Coming to America. As Donald Trump would say, “This is all fake news…..”

Why do I say this? Because, according to Kehinde Andrews, an associate professor of sociology at Birminghham City University, who launched the first Black Studies degree in Europe told Newsweek magazine, while Markle is seen a beacon of progress for the UK, "She won’t be allowed to be a Black princess. The only way she can be accepted is to pass for white.... therefore, if people are celebrating, it’s a bit naive, and they’ll be very disappointed.”

So, honestly, what are we really celebrating here? And, who is Meghan Markle? -And, when did she become the proto-type for a “Black Princess.” Seriously, “Fool me once; shame on me. Fool me twice; Shame on you.”

Yes, despite all of this, oddly, I heard some Black women all teary-eyed discussing how beautiful this event was, while trying to convince me how much these two (scandalous) strangers were really in love with one another. But, when, they began to search for this newly wedded couple’s last name, their google search left them with a blank face. Why? Because, despite the so-called royal madness, their family secrets were finally revealed.

Because, they were nothing, but a bunch of Neo-Nazis. So, it wasn’t All Heil To The Queen!!! It was All Heil Hitler!!!! Yes, the so-called royal family, were of German stock. And, their last name was not Windsor. It was Sax-Coburg & Goetha. Therefore, all of that “Melanin magic” and spiritual energy given to this Roman-antic (trick) known as the royal wedding, should have been given to our “Shining Black Prince" Malcom X, whose soul was born on the same exact day as this “un-holy matrimony”.

Metaphysically, this, however, wasn’t a coincidence that these two-opposing events occurred on the same day. Because, we must remember, that these people are “spiritual vampires.” –A bloody, bunch of alleged “blue-bloods,” whose history of inbreeding, needed a little “blackness or Moorish” blood in their DNA in order to survive the next 70 years, as they tried to re-boost and re-brand their dying influence in the new global world. Especially, after the mysterious “murder” of Princess Diana, who “allegedly” was pregnant with child before that tragic car crash in the tunnel in London.

Therefore, despite the British trying to market Meghan Markle, who seemingly tried to shield her blackness, while maneuvering in the confinement of Hollywood stardom as the new “Black Cinderella,” with the assistance of Hollywood producers and the help of British Intelligence, which many of us, with our eyes in a daze like Kanye West when he consciously decided to stupidly put on that cheap Walmart looking Let’s Make America Great Again hat, “shamefully” celebrated and promoted it as if it was a moment of “Black” pride.

See, most of us historically failed to realize, who these people really are. But, for some odd reason, we pretended that we were somehow connected to this snobbish, snooty, phony privileged class, who felt that they were somehow divine and better than the rest of us.

Again, the scriptures warned us “Envy not, the ways of the oppressor….”

However, we couldn’t avoid all the background noise coming from the Black choir or the cooning of the Black residing Bishop. As a result, in the end, we still showed love for “our colonizers,” while failing to remember their hidden history and the evil that the British Monarchy and British Empire possessed. Especially, when it established its wealth through genocide, the selling of our ancestors in the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade, by raping the national resources from our homeland, by selling drugs (opium) throughout the globe, while developing the eugenics program as well as the creation of the racist apartheid state of Israel and the oppressive regime that occurs in Saudi Arabia.

With evidence, like this, I don’t think I can celebrate anyone, who would want to marry into a family like the Sax-Coburg & Goetha. Sorry, Meghan, you can’t play both sides of the fence.
